Check-In Requirement
All golfers must check in at the Pro Shop before starting their round.
Golf Range Hours and Usage
Members have access to a double-sided range, which closes at 8:00 PM daily and at 4:00 PM on Sundays for maintenance.
Practice Areas
There are three practice putting greens available:
At the #15 tee
In front of the Pro Shop
At the #9 green
Golf Cart Usage
Golfers will need to share golf carts. If one prefers not to share, they must pay a separate cart fee of $10 for 9 holes and $20 for 18 holes. Golfers must follow all golf signage and keep carts at least 20 feet from the greens. Only golfers aged 18 and older with a valid driver’s license may operate golf carts.
Food and Beverage Policies
No outside food or beverages are allowed on the grounds. Food and beverage service is available at Birdies on the Hill restaurant. Personal coolers are not permitted, but complimentary coolers are available for use on the course. Alcoholic beverages not purchased through the club are prohibited by law, and violators will be asked to leave.
Rules of Play
Play will be governed by U.S.G.A. rules, modified by local rules as indicated on the back of the scorecard or announced at the start of competitions. Players may choose to walk or ride.
Tournaments
All Hills-sponsored tournaments are managed by a Golf Committee. Fees are paid in cash on the event day to ensure that all prize money can be awarded in cash. Only amateur members are eligible to participate, and club tournaments take precedence over regular member play. A USGA/GAM handicap is required for all events. The Hills of Lenawee Golf Club is not responsible for prize money distribution from tournaments or events.
Golf Registration and Starting Position
Golfers are required to set up tee times via the website link or by calling the Pro Shop. All golfers must check in prior to play, and the Pro Shop staff will assign starting positions as needed.

Course Care
Always rake sand bunkers (rakes should stay inside bunkers), repair divots and ball marks, and be mindful of your surroundings while others are hitting or putting. Treat the greens with care and avoid dragging equipment across them.
Conduct Expectations
Golfers are expected to conduct themselves appropriately on club property, adhering to the dress code, pace of play, and course care guidelines. Loud language and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to take corrective action, including suspension of play or termination of membership if necessary.
Minor Children
Children must be supervised by a parent or have prior approval from the committee to use facilities unsupervised. Children under 16 are prohibited from using golf carts unless they have a valid driver’s license. Minor children may bring guests, and applicable guest fees will apply.
